Job Description:

SUMMARY: Process claims for operator rebates and distributor deviated pricing deductions. Plays key role in working with trade to ensure contracts are correctly set up to process billbacks, execute, recapture, and ensure our reporting of operator volume is accurate. Job responsibilities as follows; manage deduction clearing process for operator related deductions. Insure operator claims are accurately audited against the customer contract. Identify system improvements and efficiencies to process billbacks faster and more accurately. Create support for invalids to charge back customers for repayment. Responsible for helping Zeeland team achieve month end deduction goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience: 1+ years’ experience in sales, marketing or finance. Foodservice trade/pricing experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Strong systems and spreadsheet skills, including Excel.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills required.

Special Skills: Ability to translate business issues into actionable tactics that drive positive results. Position requires the ability to work cross-functionally and to manage a large number of complex projects simultaneously.

Supervisory: No direct reports reporting to this role.
