This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


This position could work in any department of the Processing facility. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, turning, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required in all areas. Lifting 40+ pounds is required in many areas. Must be willing to tolerate climates ranging from very cold to very hot and form very wet to very dry. Must have general maintenance experience.


Positions will be for any shift available. Maintenance crews work 7 days per week. Scheduling can include some major holidays. Must have a valid Driver s License and be able to obtain a company license. Must be willing to obtain a company forklift license. Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules (ie. Lockout Tagout). Must be able to comply with OSHA standards Must be able to read and write.
