Job Summary

The Compliance Support Coordinator is expected to provide the Compliance Manager and Government Compliance Officer with administrative and organizational support. The Compliance Support Coordinator is expected to complete tasks as assigned and perform additional duties as deemed appropriate by the Compliance Manager. Job Requirements: *Minimum High School Diploma *Knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems - Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn other software systems. *Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. *Ability to multi-task, manage projects and produce deliverables within established timeframes. *The desire and willingness to learn. Desired Qualifications: Experience in managed care or healthcare compliance. Responsibilities: 1. Acts as a compliance liaison to the organization to provide support and resources, as needed. 2. Performs day-to-day admin and support functions including, but not limited to, meeting minutes, scheduling of meetings including set-up of audio/visual aids (as needed), document preparation including agendas, memo distribution, training materials, annual documents, etc. 3. Assist in the coordination of audits, including but not limited to communication with external auditors, scheduling, set-up, record keeping, documentation review, etc. 4. Act as a system administrator and subject matter expert in the various compliance related software programs (OMT, PolicyStat, iContracts, Schoox, etc). 5. Assists with routine auditing and monitoring activities as needed to support department staff members. 6. Completes routine compliance monitoring activities as assigned.
