• RCM is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, that will work directly with maintenance department, and Production Supervisors. Device efficient ways to workers, machines, and materials to make better products and improve processes. Daily responsibility is focused on, but no limited to safety, quality manufacturing and supporting strategic goals.

  Primary Responsibilities

• Supervises & evaluates maintenance's hourly employees.

• Responsible for orientation and on-the-job training of employees in the safe, efficient operation of equipment.

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates department activities.

• Ability to communicate with other Supervisors, maintenance, quality issues, priorities, and planning.

• Provides employee coaching and development.

• Resolves employee issues and conflicts.

• Recommends candidate promotions and demotions, transfers, or releases, also participates in the disciplinary process.

• Observes department operation within area to ascertain compliance with methods, quality standards, safety standards and efficient operation of equipment.

• Conducts overview meetings periodically with all employees.

• Implements and coordinates department safety processes and training to a safe work environment.

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bilingual – English/Spanish

• Preventive maintenance coordination

• Electric/mechanic basic knowledge

• Computer oriented

• Willing to work long hours and weekends

  Qualifications

• Two (2) years in manufacturing environment preferred

  Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
