Top Quality Baking Maintenance Mechanic in Vineland, New Jersey

Mechanic Level A: Basic Functions (include but not limited to) * Meet all the function from mechanic level D,C and B * Proficient in reading electrical diagrams and troubleshooting electrical components * Able have knowledge to go online with a compact, control, or micro logix processor using Ethernet or serial cable * Proficient in understanding of PLC programs * Replace/program different types drives and able to use the drive programmer (HMI) to upload and download programs * Must be able to replace and program any VFD drive in plant also able to add a VFD to a program using Device Net or Ethernet * Must be able to set-up and replace all Servo drives in the plant * Welds proficient with a tig and able to weld stainless steel sanitary argon purge welds * Maintains, operates, set-ups, & troubleshoots BSI baggers * Maintains and understand the Soy System operation and troubleshooting * Maintains and understand the Freezer #1, #2 operation and troubleshooting * Maintains, operates, set-ups, & troubleshoots & ADCO Box machine * Understand how the glycol system work * Maintains, operates, set-ups, & troubleshoots Vemag, Mixer, Nitrogen freeze, spiro cooler

Experience: 5-7 Years experience & have demonstrated competency as a Maintenance Technician A in a food manufacturing environment, post-Secondary Education in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred, possess strong problem-solving abilities

Level B: Basic Functions (include but not limited to) * Meet all the function from mechanic level D,C. * Sets up and uses the Plasma Cutter properly and safely * Sets up and uses the Lathe safely * Sets up and uses the vertical mill safely * Welds with tig, mig, & stick welders on mild steel and stainless-steel metals * Performs all boiler tests, cleans and operate boilers (Boiler test) * Has a basic understanding of a refrigeration system must be able to identify main components in a refrigeration system and assist in maintaining them * Must be able to read PID drawings * Maintains, repairs, tracks, and adjust conveyor belts properly * Wires and troubleshoots a Start/Stop circuit and various wiring designs * Organizes maintenance personnel to assigned work area & assembles team meetings with co-workers

Experience: 3-5 Years experience & have demonstrated competency as a Maintenance Technician level C in a food manufacturing environment, may be required to go to different shifts for training or give training

Level C: Basic Functions (include but not limited to) * Support General Plant Safety, Food Safety, Food Defense Initiatives and Good Manufacturing Practices with an understanding that these are absolutes and are Priority #1 * Completes all daily paperwork and walk-through items and know their importance * Provides maintenance support required to sustain continuous operation of packaging and processing equipment * Has basic knowledge of plumbing components and fittings * Basic welding skills able to weld with at least one of the following a mig, tig, or stick welder * Changes filters and oils in plant equipment * Rebuilds product pump per sanitation guidelines, changes packing and gaskets in all pumps * Identifies & replaces bearings/seals * Can replace electric motors (single or 3-phase) * Set up packaging equipment such and box tape machines, coders, and labelers per the daily schedule demands. List packaging equipment's * Must be able to set-up Glue machine, able to set-up all baggers, soy system, metal detectors, case packer, Mama cozi conveyors when needed

Experience: Prefer 3-5 years prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, basic mechanical aptitude, basic math skills and ability to use basic gauges and measuring tools are required

Salary ranges: Mechanic A - $36.00 Mechanic B - $31.00 Mechanic C - $24.00

Boiler certificate helpful, must pass drug screen and background check; legally authorized to work in the USA

4 days on/3 days off or 3 days on/4 days off (12 hours shift; 6pm-6am)
