Cooper Farms is currently seeking 2nd shift part time General Production team members to join our team in Van Wert.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 3:00pm-7:00pm STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.25 with the potential of increasing to $17.50 after 90 days PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

• Operating and maintaining knowledge of the departmental equipment and operations
• Ensuring that all assigned procedures are carried out in an efficient manner in accordance with production/quality/safety guideline
• Working with others to ensure all areas are up to standard and reporting any abnormalities.
• Accurately completing all required paperwork

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds. 
• Must be able to work in a cool, damp environment
