    Paralegal Essential Job Duties:

  • Will report directly to Corporate Counsel.

  • Supports Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Counsel with respect to billing, fraud/abuse, and related projects.

  • Assists in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

  • Conduct legal research and identify relevant statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources.

  • Assist with general legal matters as requested.

    Education, Training & Experience

  • Minimum three years of law firm experience or equivalent education.

  • Degree in Paralegal Studies required.

  • Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Works well in a team environment.

  • Expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
