Copeland Marketing Campaign Lead in St. Louis, Missouri

If you are a Marketing Professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our St. Louis, MO location you serve as the campaign owner dedicated to internal communications. In this role, you will be part of a global marketing team responsible for designing measurable programs linked to business objectives and driving campaign outcomes.

As a Marketing Campaign Lead, You Will:

  • Work closely with the internal communications team and other key collaborators to identify, prioritize and align on annual business objectives and employee engagement programs

  • Design, build and deploy data-driven integrated campaign plans and strategies that engage, advise and compel employees to act

  • As the campaign owner, be responsible for campaign development and execution and ensure delivery is on time and within budget

  • Brief, supervise, and assign the work of the internal communications team and agency partners who will deliver tactical elements of the campaigns and any associated activities.

  • Seek new and improved offline and digital tools and capabilities that will support the organization to achieve its business objectives

  • Lead and report campaign performance, analytics and results to key customers, capabilities teams and executive management to show critical metric results, make optimization recommendations and demonstrate return on investment

  • Contribute to global campaign calendar and successful adoption of marketing and communications operating systems that are crucial for planning, management and deployment

Required Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Marketing related field and 5+ years proven track record in Marketing, Communications or Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua)

  • Experience with communications and collaboration tools such SharePoint

  • Detail-oriented in project management, stakeholder communications and project execution

  • Ability to communicate with multiple parties effectively to facilitate campaign-related decisions and drive projects through execution

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Experience in delivering internal communications in a large-scale, matrixed organization

  • Project Management relevant courses or certifications such as PMP

Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option and Core Hours

This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.
