Summary: The Sr. Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing materials, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop engaging and relevant materials to support go to market strategies. The role will lead agencies on creative development for integrated marketing communications across multiple disciplines including digital, social, and print from creative idea/concept to execution. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for utilizing insights to create materials that effectively communicate product advantages, unique brand propositions, and promotions that drive awareness, trial, and brand/Tyson poultry loyalty. Sr. Manager must be able to package consumer and operator insights in a manner to effectively educate and inspire cross functional team members and external partners. Team Member should have strong working knowledge of Print, Digital, and Social platforms. Team Member must have experience in managingexternal agencies from creative concept to execution (experience in writing agency assignment and creative briefs a must). Team Member must have the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high quality work. Team Member should have experience in budget management The amount and nature of the thinking required in the job in the form of analyzing, reasoning, evaluating, creating, using judgment, forming hypotheses, drawing inferences and arriving at conclusions. Team Memberwill evaluate and monitor performance metrics and make recommendations regarding strategies and tactics. Team Member will monitor and keep Team abreast of competitive activity. Team Member will use insights to create engaging and relevantmaterials. Team Member will work with the Category and Innovation Teams to build best in class selling tools. Team Member will assume a leadership role in the Semester Go-to-Market process and Innovation Ideation processes. Team Member willassist in the development of Annual Marketing Plans to meet growth objectives. Team Member must ensure all communication across channels supports operator, distributor, and Tyson brand positioning, product ar chitecture, and brand guidelines. The Sr. Manager is responsible for monitoring performance metrics to ensure efficient spend. The role is responsible for recommending and executing the right strategies and tactics to deliver against desired outcomes and ROI. Strong performance in this role will drive awareness and brand/Tyson poultry loyalty. Strong performance will also drive trial and repeat for new product launches. The area of the organization most clearly affected by the job, quantify impact. The Sr. Manager's strong performance will drive growth, positively impacting market share, volume, and margin results for Foodservice Poultry.


Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field, MBA preferred.

Experience:Minimum of 8years related experience. Advantages: poultry & foodservice.

Computer Skills:Advanced MS Office skills including strong Power Point skills, Word, and Excel . Capable of learning and demonstrating competency in Tyson systems. Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence peers, internal and external executives.

Special Skills:Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Marketing (ideations processes, concept development, agency management, creative processes); proven ability to work cross functionally; strong organizational and project management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
