Reporting to the associate director of corporate brand and creative, this role is responsible for igniting the Tyson Foods brand and purpose through marketing communications, sponsorship funding, and messaging.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing then narrative and campaigns for the corporate brand

  • Develop and execute the sponsorship funding strategy and the paid, owned, and earned media strategy directly with other cross-functional groups and agency resources

  • Sharing best-practices in and influencing execution of social and digital media with cross-functional partners

  • Building and executing brand activation plans that add value to owned engagement opportunities

  • Procuring and analyzing brand measurement metrics in order to provide strategic counsel

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred

  • 5+ years' experience, preferably in brand management. Prior experience in social media strategy, search engine optimization, or digital-specific marketing roles is a plus.

  • Microsoft Office suite; social and digital media platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills

  • Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to influence cross functional teams; strong process management; proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment; proven strategic counsellor to senior business leaders; strong problem-solving skills.

  • Will travel approximately 4 trips per year
