Summary: This primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and lead the MADO team to ensure it aligns with the business objectives of the organization. The principal goals are to lead a team of managers and individual contributors for all integration, acquisition, and divestiture activities of the company. The director will plan, coordinate, direct, and design operational activities of specific IT functional teams as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission critical business operations; work closely with both technology groups and upper management to identify, recommend, develop, implement; support cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the organization
Responsibilities: This position requires a high degree of confidentially. The role is the key I.T. point person for all mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture activities. The role requires the individual to be able to multitask successfully. The role may require managing any number of acquisitions and divestitures simultaneously. This role requires a very high degree of broad operational knowledge of I.T. across all I.T. disciplines including applications and infrastructure. This role requires a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively present to large groups. Additionally, the individual must be able to convey convincing arguments across a number of I.T. disciplines
Education: Bachelor's degree in I.T. or complimentary field of study preferred
Experience: 8+ Years in progressively increased areas of responsibility with I.T. required.
Specific Skills: High degree of project management experience required MS Project experience preferred Previous Supervisory experience required Previous Mergers and Acquisitions experience (in some role) preferred High degree of personal presentation skills required Previous successful experience managing multiple complex projects required
Travel: 6-12 trips, moderate lengths of time, typical per year
