Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Production Designer to join our team. You will help design and execute print and digital tactics. Assignments may include preliminary drafts of elements developed from art direction, key visuals, existing assets, etc.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

• Create and revise various advertising production materials for print, digital, and creative presentations. Creation and versioning mechanical documents used for large commercial printing purposes and organizing several layered file formats across all media channels.

• Independently execute accurate die lines and renderings of visually appealing and motivating layouts across a variety of elements and channel executions.

• Handle assignments with accuracy and speed, and make unsupervised design choices and recommendations based on provided direction. Work on multiple projects across multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Ensure approved layouts conform to brand guidelines and that internal deadlines and approval procedures are met for assigned project phases.

• Must have a strong eye for detail: making corrections and improvements to final executions in typography, color management, asset/image management, file prep, etc.

• Work in PowerPoint to help Account, Strategy, and Creative teams to develop Client presentations.

• An understanding of standard production operating procedures, workflow both digital & conventional. Follow legal advertising requirements

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in Agency Studios, Production environments, and/or Creative Production.

• Associates, Bachelors, BFA, degree preferred, majoring in art, graphic design, production or advertising.

• Demonstrate analytical skills necessary to evaluate project scope and timelines.

• Experience with creation and versioning mechanical documents for large commercial printing purposes

• Experience with file prep for final release of keylines, HiRes asset/image management, package and delivery.

• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

Compensation Range: $51,000 - $60,000 . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
