The primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain MS Project plans and status dashboards for one or more large projects. Additional duties include documenting business process flows, setting up meetings, taking meeting notes with action items, and tracking decisions. The role also involves tracking and reporting project budgets and hours, leading status activities with multiple business units, and reporting to the Project Manager.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years in a Project Coordinator role
  • 3+ years of experience in creating business process flows
  • 3+ years of experience in managing project plans using MS Project
  • 3+ years of experience in facilitating meetings and recording meeting minutes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
