DESCRIPTION

*Production Clerk -- Maintenance * 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels, internal and external to the organization;
• Answering phones, prepare correspondence and documents;
• Following approved Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring internal controls are strictly complied with;
• Accurate data entry, reporting and update / create spreadsheets;
• Other projects and duties as assigned;
• Daily filing and administrative duties;

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) preferred.
• High level of critical thinking, logical thinking and analysis and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons or facts;
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team;
• Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
• Attention to detail in all areas of work;
• Strong work ethic and high level of personal integrity; Confident, consistent, decisive and strong personality;
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends
• Experience in manufacturing or food processing environment preferred
• 2+ years administrative support experience preferred
