• Keepingthe office and shop areas clean, orderly, and in good condition
• Trash pickup and disposal from in the office, shop, and outside
• Skilled at minor repairs and routine maintenance (repairing sinks, toilets, changing light bulbs, etc.)
• Comfortable with heights and non-temperature controlled environments
• Working knowledge ofbasic hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, drills, etc)
• Reliable
• Task-oriented problem-solver
• Self-starter
• Able to work as a team or independently
• Preferred but not required: Ability to read a tape measure and identify basic parts (nut, bolt, rivet, and washer)
• Preferred but not required: Able to drive a forklift

Hours: 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM Monday-Friday, 30 hours total | $17/hour
