• Job Title: Machine Operator/Casting Operator

• Location: Enbi Indiana - 1703 Mccall Dr, Shelbyville, Indiana, 46176

• About Enbi: Enbi is a leading producer of Industrial Printers. They manufacture the paper rollers that go into the industrial printers.

• Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Stand/walk for entire shift

• Lift 30 lbs regularly

• Work in a fast paced, goal driven environment

• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and work orders

• Lift/load parts into the machine - rollers weigh approximately 18 lbs. This will be continuous but not frequent

• Operate machine to size liquid injection molded rollers to their final dimensions

• Use Inspection Plan to determine: Surface Roughness, Material Hardness, and Diameter

• Higher heated area because of the machinery and constant motion

• Casting Operator Job Duties:

• Ability to work in a high heat production area with constant movement

• Shaft Prep - Clean and Prepare Shaft for heating, load shaft into the oven, unload and set up shafts for molding, assemble mold based on line

• De-Molder -Remove finished product from mold, offload molds from the line, inspect products for defects and flaws

• Cleaner - Clean off and remove excess product

• Pourer - Fill lines with raw material

• PPE: safety glasses and ear plugs will be provided – steel toed shoes are required!

• Env:

• Smaller facility – about 45 employees on each shift

• Climate controlled but will be hot because of the machines

• Shift:

• 3rd Shift: 10p-6:15a - Mon-Fri w/ OT on Sat - $17.50hr

• The 3rd shift is BRAND NEW - Growth opps available

• Employees will train on 1st or 2nd shift for 1-2 weeks, maybe even a month

• Overtime may be required - plan to work about 50 hours a week

• Contract to Hire: employees will be eligible for direct hire after completing 720 contract hours (4.5 months)
