Position Summary: The Human Resources Director is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the PHASE-Industries Human Resources Department and all its functions. Duties include but are not limited to the implementation of PHASE-Industries policies and procedures; employee recruitment, on-boarding, training, development, succession planning, and discipline; administration of benefits; assurance of compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and contracts regulating employment.
