This position is with Toyota's Corporate Engineering group based in Princeton, IN!

Description:

• Providing hands-on support of new model mold and equipment preparation and trials

• Identifying mold and or equipment problems and implementing countermeasures

• Leading process activities related to fitting accuracy, chase studies, scanning check fixtures/injection molds, robot teaching, trial support, coordinating trial activities, and assisting NAMC’s as needed

• Assisting in specification reviews/vendor trials for new process equipment

• Support standardized work development, team member training, and quality control plan documentation, etc.

• Support engineering, manufacturing activities, and reporting

• Perform “hands-on” Seibi tasks as needed to complete work objectives

• Candidate with PLC background is a plus, but not mandatory

• Heavy travel is potential for this role at other sites in USA, Canada and Mexico – Upto 60%

• Candidate should be data driven and detail oriented

• Should have good Excel, MS office and computer skills

• Robotics experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves

1. Associates Degree- industrial technology, electrical engineering, maintenance, electrical/mechanical engineering, robotics, etc.

2. Plastics/Injection Molding- Processing, programming, troubleshooting experience

3. Project Management- Experience supporting or owning capital projects tied to equipment procurement, installation, commissioning experience

Plus

1. Robot or PLC Programming

2. Candidates with internships during school and just graduating are ideal.

3. Motoman robotic experience in plus.

4. Welding & Fabrication experience
