The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career with the experience of working with a Global technology company, based in our Poznan offices.

As Lead Analyst you will be part of a FP&A group that supports Operating Expenses (Opex) for the Enterprise Operations Org. Responsibilities include supporting Directors/VPs with financial results, ad hoc reporting, and various other FP&A duties. You will interact directly with the leadership team and will provide insights and challenges to support the Opex team.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder support (budget loads, monthly reporting and headcount tracking).

  • Partner with Opex Leadership to ensure effective spend, reporting and variance analysis.

  • Assist in the analysis of month end results and provide insightful commentary to agreed timelines.

  • Work in conjunction with the wider FP&A team and the business to ensure any risks/ opportunities are understood and addressed.

  • Support with requests from other FP&A counterparts.

  • Leverage Power BI for reporting and Essbase to drive analysis and ad hoc requests.

  • Business case analysis and savings tracking

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance or related years of applicable experience.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Strong Excel and modelling skills.

  • High attention to detail & analytical mind set with the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable information.

  • Good understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement components and financial analysis metrics. Analyze data, communicate results, and highlight key issues/focus areas for management and make recommendations.

  • Ability to structure and convey ideas and information, both verbally and in written presentation form, in a concise, effective and persuasive manner to bring clear understanding to the target audience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Hyperion Essbase experience.

  • Knowledge of Power BI a plus.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$80510 - $107340 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$84740 - $112980 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$88980 - $118630 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$93210 - $124280 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
