Description
Robert Half seeks an adept HR Generalist to provide support for a well-known company in Portland The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in HR Generalist roles, showcasing proficiency in a broad spectrum of tasks ranging from recruitment to benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
Administer compensation and benefits programs
Facilitate talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Coordinate and execute training and development initiatives
Aid in the formulation and execution of HR policies
Oversee tasks related to performance management
Conduct data gathering and analysis to derive valuable HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and turnover rates
Coordinate quarterly and annual employee performance evaluations
Maintain employee records both electronically and in hard copy
Foster job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, implementing new benefits, and organizing team-building events
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Manage and update HRIS software
Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
Assist in payroll preparation and processing
Handle onboarding paperwork including I-9s, W-2s, NDAs, etc.
Requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in an HR Generalist capacity
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient computer and typing skills
Demonstrated enthusiasm for human resources.
