Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Take your temp, sanitize hands, put on mask

Assist with unfinished tasks needed for tray line

Meal preparation

Wash hands regularly (at least 30 seconds), wear hair net/beard cover

Set up tray lines including correct portion size utensils, take and document food temps

Serve tray lines/finish tray line and turn off steam table

Store left over items correctly with date and labeling

Break down tray line, clean area, place pots and pans in 3 compartment sink to soak

Review menu, recipes, and spread sheets

Pull items needed

Clean up

Complete cleaning tasks and sign off, sweep all floors in area

Complete walk-thru check off list

Roll silverware

Any other tasks assigned or asked of you by supervisor/designee
