Duties: 1. Assists manager in identifying, analyzing, establishing or adjusting work procedures/methods to improve training and work, and to meet schedules and quality standards 2. Interprets job specifications as instructed by the supervisor and completes required tasks as instructed. 3. Recognizes the importance of exceptional quality to our customers and strives to meet or exceed the established standards 4. Identifies and relays concerns about job sites and communicates with management. 5. Adhere to Policy & Procedures of RVI, Inc. 6. Ensures proper operation of all equipment, keeps up with inventory, and efficient use of supplies. 7. Observe, practice, and enforce all safety regulations 8. Report any safety violations or concerns to the appropriate manager. 9. Practice "Universal Precautions" according to relevant Blood-Borne Pathogens training procedures 10. Performs other tasks as directed by contracted services manager SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Ability to maintain accurate records, in writing and electronically
3. Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with coworkers and Leadership Team
4. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in familiar context
5. Ability to ensure transportation to and from work sites independently.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Various job sites. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Willingness to work with others. Maintain a professional level of confidentiality. Able to move freely about the work site 3nd have sight, hearing, smell, mental, and physical ability to perform all duties of Associate.
