We need you to help keep our building clean and safe. This is a full time job with great benefits. Monday - Friday. Hours typically between 7:00 am - 4:30pm. Some overtime as needed.

Duties include building maintenance and repair, supervision of cleaning crew and covering as needed. Additional janitorial duties such as cleaning- mopping, wiping, vacuuming, and grounds keeping. Ability to provide supervision, problem solve, work well with a team and provide communications to others as needed. .

Ability to perform physical duties-bending, lifting, stooping, climbing ladders, and prolong standing for work hours. Use of safe practices, good judgement, independent worker with reliable attendance.

Strong knowledge of and experience with equipment for repairs such as minor electrical, plumbing, use of snow blower, and lawnmower.
