Position: Maintenance Technician

Shift:

• 2nd: 3p – 11:30p

• 3rd: 11p – 7:30p

Job Description:

Responsible for repair and preventative maintenance on all forging and production machines. These machines include robots, CNC machines, presses, ovens, conveyors, and gear boxes. There are 5 lines of finishing equipment that this candidate will be responsible for keeping up and running. The job itself is around 75% mechanical and 25% electrical.

• Mechanical Troubleshooting: Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting, repairing belts, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and bearings.

• Electrical Troubleshooting: PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley), Electrical Troubleshooting (3phase motors up to 480 V), Servo drives, VFD's, AC/DC motors, switches, and sensor.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

• 3 years of Mechanical Troubleshooting - Hydraulics/Pneumatic

• 1-3 years of Electrical Troubleshooting - Motors, PLC knowledge

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Work Environment:

This facility specializes in the production of powertrain components, including: connecting rods, and more. The facility is fairly clean. It is temp-controlled in some areas, but other areas aren’t temp-controlled so candidates should be comfortable with both.
