Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years of related experience.

  • Aptitude for problem-solving and hands-on technical work.

responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, fabricating, and assembling automated equipment.

  • Hands-on experience with PLCs and HMI programming, including familiarity with systems such as Allen Bradley, Click, etc.

  • Basic understanding of Servo Controls and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).

  • Ability to troubleshoot and wire AC/DC electrical cabinets, with the capability to modify prints as necessary.

  • Fundamental programming abilities in languages such as C++ and PHP.

  • Preferred experience in 3D CAD modeling.

  • Mechanically assemble electrical wiring and configure electrical/electronic control panels based on engineering drawings.

  • Provide support for modification and system improvement projects within the Automation department.

  • Assemble actuators, motors, spindles, and other mechanical components.

  • Construct, wire, and comprehend electrical control systems utilized in automated machinery.

  • Apply fundamental electrical and electronic principles, adhering to standards and ensuring quality workmanship.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by keeping walkways and aisles free of debris.

  • Uphold 5S standards by returning tools to designated shadow boards and sweeping the floor and finishing area as needed.
