The third shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the successful operation of the production floor, while ensuring all production team members are following all company policies, processes, and procedures.

• Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor and appraise job results to accomplish manufacturing results.
• proactively work with quality and engineering to identify and address issues.
• Support and track progress of operational KPIs
• collaborate with the supply chain coordinator to complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revisiting schedules, resolving problems and reporing results.
