We are looking for motivated team players who have a knack for people in order to optimise employee satisfaction.

We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

This is what your day will look like:

• Contact person for our employees, trainees, temporary staff and interns

• Internal communication with all other departments

• Preparation of onboarding and offboarding

• Preparation of payroll accounting

• Support in recruiting and the creation of social media content

• Support in the organisation and planning of internal and external training courses

• Planning and supervision of employee and trainee events and our wellbeing programme

What we want from you:

• Successfully completed training in the hotel industry

• First professional experience in the HR department, ideally in the service sector, is desirable

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Very good communication skills

• Very good knowledge of the common Office programmes

• Organisational talent

• Creativity in the area of employee events
