The Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provide patient services, under the direct supervision of a licensed physician. Will elicit detailed medical history, perform a physical exam, perform diagnostic procedures and carry on therapies appropriate for patient\'s diagnosis and treatment. Reaches tentative diagnosis and conducts appropriate plan of treatment. Provides counseling to patients and family on health disease, as well as coordinates medical care through multi-disciplinary team. What do you need to qualify? Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program Currently licensed in the state of Wisconsin. Board Eligibility required. Board Certification, a plus.
