RN and LPN:

• Oversee clinical support staff to ensure resident care plans are followed

• Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure high quality care

• Review medication administration, maintain resident charts and physician orders

Work Experience

Work Experience

• Active Nursing License in state where community is located

• Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred

• New graduates and/or experienced nursing professionals
