Job Position : Electromechanical Technician

Location: Mebane, North Carolina

Shift: 3rd Shift (Night)

Pay Rate : $28 - $34 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromechanical systems and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of electromechanical equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and mechanical components.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop strategies for improving machine reliability and performance.

• Document maintenance activities and report on any significant issues encountered.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electromechanical technician or similar role.

• Technical degree or certification in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or related field.

• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical systems.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience with CNC machine maintenance is a significant plus.

• Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
