JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities Include: Reads and understands formula sheets and recipes. Accurately scale ingredients following the formula/recipe sheet. Perform basic math calculations to determine containers needed and carryover of batches Observe production and monitor the machines to ensure the operation is safe and efficient. Testing each batch with QA and performing QA inspection on products on and off production line.
