The Human Resources Director is a full time position in the City of Canton. The immediate supervisor for this position is the Mayor, Board of Aldermen, and CAO. The Human Resources Director works regular hours,with occasional overtime and night work when the workload demands it, i.e. reporting to meetings of Mayor and Board of Aldermen. 

Duties and Responsibilities

 Responsible for coordinating all adminstrative activities to the City of Canton's personnel; including but not limited to developong recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing all staff benefits compliance and payroll.
