This position is responsible for operating machinery and maintaining production flow while also maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Count and reconcile facility within 30 day requirement. Reconcile order selector count-backs missing pallets. Apply Hold and Release product dispositions. Properly identify damaged donation product. Receiving process to complete RA returns. Research shipping and receiving discrepancies. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must be willing to drive forklift and Cherry Picker. Must have basic computer knowledge to perform data entry and utilize company email. Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing to complete requirement paperwork. Must be willing to lift 50 lbs. shoulder high. Must be able to work without direction and be self-motivated. Must have worked 3 of the last 6 months with one employer. REHIRE POLICY- Rehires will be considered if ALL of the following applies 1. You have only worked for Tyson one time previously. 2. You worked for Tyson for at least 6 months. 3. It has been at least 6 months since your last employment with Tyson. 4. You left your employment at Tyson for one of the following reasons Moving Away, Excessive Hours, Another Job, Work Environment, Transportation, Return to School, Lack of Job Satisfaction, Work Schedule, Stay Home with Children, ID Protocol, Retirement, Personal Reasons, Permanent Layoff, or Expired Work Eligibility Documents.
