- Conducts analysis using benchmark data to identify overall pay competitiveness
- Leads the execution of the annual merit cycle
- Maintains the system requirements and updates for Payfactors/Payscale
- Prepares and submits data for salary surveys
- Conducts external market pricing and internal equity reviews and assists with job mapping for acquisitions
- Perform analysis, forecasts and modeling for bonus plans and other incentive plans
- Organize data, draw conclusions and prepare presentations for program recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with current compensation trends and practices
- Monitors changes in the competitive and regulatory environment to ensure compensation programs and practices are competitive and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assists with the development of talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Ensures job descriptions are complete and standardized and entered into Payfactors/Payscales Job Description library
- Develops various compensation metrics and analytic reports and executive presentations in support of HR and business objectives.
- Creates complex data and analytics models that can be used to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation.

- Bachelors degree
- Five years of direct compensation analyst experience
- Experience dealing directly with executive level Human Resources professionals
- Strong data analysis skills
- Understand, develop, and augment complex variance analysis
- Maintain strict confidentiality around Human Resources related forecasts and other strategic initiatives
- Knowledge of Human Resources systems and how they impact Human Resources business practices
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems systems preferred
- Ability to present Compensation results and recommendations professionally to all levels of clients
