Job Summary
Yanfengs Maintenance Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Skilled Maintenance Technician. The primary responsibility of this role is preventative maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment in accordance with standards.

Skilled Maintenance Technicians support the production, quality, cost and safety goals of the manufacturing operation and plant facilities. All skilled personnel are responsible for preventive maintenance, process and equipment improvements and effective troubleshooting. These responsibilities include:
Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems. (Involving circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.)
Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures and parts (metal, plastic, and wood) for projects, equipment repair, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications.
Write, program, troubleshoot, modify and/or repair programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment and machine components.
Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.
Take ownership in 5S condition in and around equipment and shop, particularly oil leaks in molding area.

Essential Common Requirements for all Employees:
Electrical Install and repair motors and drivers. Run conduit wire.
Mechanical Service and repair air compressors, air dryers, conveyors, pneumatics, tow motors hydraulics and general plant equipment.
General Plumbing, carpentry and grounds keeping. Performs general grounds keeping.

Specific Requirements
Required Education Level
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge)
Two (2) year associates degree in a related field and 1 year of Industrial Maintenance experience or three (3) years Industrial Maintenance/Military experience
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
Ability to read and troubleshoot utilizing schematics
Must be able to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Technical knowledge and skills in the following areas: PLC's, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining
Available to work any shift including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns
Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge)
Salary Range varies based on placement test.
A Classification Score 70% or higher on Ramsey Injection Molding Mechanic Test and pass hands on test.
A Classification Score 60% or higher on Ramsey Injection Molding Mechanic Test and pass hands on test.
B Classification Score 50% or higher on Ramsey Injection Molding Mechanic Test and pass hands on test.
C Classification Score 30% or higher on Ramsey Injection Molding Mechanic Test.
Physical Ability Requirements
