We are seeking an individual with a track record of strong leadership, compliant execution, and a winning mindset to join the Neuroscience Sales Strategy & Operations team – Psychiatry to support the launch of KarXT. The selected candidate will have a high level of exposure to senior sales and marketing leadership across our business unit and will be a key member of the Sales Strategy & Operations team.

This position will report directly to the Director, Neuroscience Sales Strategy & Operations.

Even more specifically, the successful candidate will excel at:

  • Partnering with the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations and Sales Leadership to develop, plan, and execute the national strategy for the launch of KarXT and future brands/indications across the TA

  • Partnering cross-functionally to oversee the delivery of key capabilities including but not limited to: IC, targeting & alignments, CRM, field reporting, call/business planning, field communications, coaching platform, expense, onboarding, fleet, awards, resource guides, budget, & promotional program management

  • Providing operational planning needs for supporting the sales force business model to drive higher effectiveness as well as superior customer experience

  • Driving and managing the planning and execution of field sales initiatives

  • Improving sales force execution through frequent communication across home office functions including but not limited to: Operations, Brand, Training, Medical, Access, and Enabling Functions

  • Operationalizing, executing, and stabilizing strategy work across teams and systems

  • Investigating and solving gaps in the operational support model

  • Playing a leadership role in planning sales meetings (e,g, launch meetings, POAs, and Fast Starts, etc)

  • Identifying trends, opportunities and potential business issues, then developing and pulling through solutions to address them to further evolve our sales force capabilities

  • Planning the national Monthly DBM (Sales Leadership) calls

  • Collaborating and partnering across Neuro & Immunology Sales Operations to suggest and implement solutions to business planning, ways of working, and execution and performance accountability initiatives

  • Communicating with RBDs and Brand Leads to provide updates and advice on various sales force initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant commercial experience being highly successful across multiple roles (e.g. Sales Operations, Sales, Field Force Effectiveness, Sales Training, Market Access, Marketing) with preference for significant experience in working in/with a field force

  • Strong business acumen skills to support sales force business models to meet evolving needs

  • Ability to think and communicate strategically

  • Well documented examples of strong leadership, strong compliant execution, and a winning mindset

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on sales objectives with a track record of strong sales performance (preferred)

  • Experience with Neuroscience customer base and market industry knowledge preferred (but not required)

  • Successful experience working with matrix team to accomplish business objectives

  • Demonstrated experiences partnering with leadership to develop and execute brand strategy

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $150,000 -$175,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
