Champion Home Builder, Inc wants YOU! We are seeking to hire a Full-Time Construction - Production Member to join our team in the Laurinburg, NC region. You will be under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Finish panels by filling cracks with plaster

• Seal joints

• Smooth any imperfections on walls and ceilings

• Painting and Sanding

• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

  Each of these departments are separate but work together, having knowledge of both is beneficial.

  Competencies

• Must be able to read and use tape measure

• Must be able to read blueprints and orders

• Must understand safety procedures

• Must live the Champion Operating Principles

  Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Some experience in painting, sanding, and drywall finishing.
