Uzazi Village Maternal Health Center Administrator in Kansas City, Missouri
The Ida Mae Patterson Center Administrator is a part of the Executive team. This position interacts with various internal and external partners, which requires strong communication skills, a high degree of integrity, and cultural versatility. The Center Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ida Mae Patterson Center.
Primary Responsibilities
Community Collaborations and Strategy
- Identify, establish, build, and maintain partnerships with public, private, and community-based partners.
- Help promote the organization and our vision.
- Provide guidance and support to develop new strategies to meet evolving needs and respond to new opportunities.
- Assist in ensuring effective systems are in place to measure the quality of care received in the Ida Mae Patterson Center.
Program Supervision
- Maintain adequate supplies and place orders for replacements as needed.
- Manage client medical records in Client Care and Mahmee.
- Design and support initial client onboarding with the Office Manager at the Ida Mae Patterson Center.
- Work with the Director of Training and Education to identify professional development opportunities.
- Interpret data that will assist with developing communications and reports. Share successes and challenges.
- Oversee and support implementing an evaluation plan for the Ida Mae Patterson Center clinicians.
