Human Resources Field Recruiter

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, high volume recruiters- looking for a great company!

Position Description Under the direction of the HR Director, the HR Field Recruiter is responsible for the coordination of Human Resources activities such as recruiting, training and employee services for their brand in a market.

Essential responsibilities will include:

  • Conducts interviews and manages the interview process to hire or rejection

  • Conducts reference and background checks on management candidates (AC, RGM, AGM and Shift Lead)

  • Coordinates new managers’ onboarding, orientation and training programs

  • Ensures good candidate flow through the use of web-based job boards, referral programs, or other advertising

  • Maintains applicant database

  • Conducts role related Training and Development classes based on the needs of the business (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, TalentReef, etc.)

  • Provides guidance for hourly recruitment at the store level

  • Participates in bench calls and tracks internal readiness

  • Processes promotions, transfers and terminations for RGM and above. Other SAP corrections as needed.

  • Develop Relationships with local high school guidance counselors and community organizations

  • Manages Social Media postings

  • Maintains alignment for markets

  • Has good communication skills - verbal and written.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    Desired Skills and Experience

  • May require a bachelor's degree in HR, or 1-3 years’ experience working in a recruiting setting

    Travel Requirements

  • Must be available for 25% travel inside and outside of the state
