Job Description

• Responsible for the production supervision of up to 45 hourly in a molding operation
• Will have 2 trainers and 2 group leads reporting
• Responsible for driving metrics, KPI's, safety, quality and lean
• Will run the whole shift including quality, maintenance and warehousing

*Key Requirements *

• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor out of manufacturing
• Molding background is preferred -- rubber, plastics, or silicones
