Job Description:

SUMMARY: Employee is responsible for completing emergency work in assigned area, completing daily routines and preventative maintenance in assigned area, completing work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Shift Supervisor or Lead Technician, signing out all inventory parts as utilized and enter with notification in SAP. RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot machines when/ as they break down. Enter notifications into SAP from PM inspection and daily routines. Complete all Safety and Maintenance level training as required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

REQUIREMENTS: Be functional in the use of power tools. Have a basic understanding and familiarization of industrial power tool such as threaders, benders, and etc. Possess a basic awareness of electricity and basic electrical troubleshooting skills. Possess knowledge of industry practices and terminology. Possess knowledge and understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics. 1 year of industrial maintenance experience is required. Must either be proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance. Must have at least 12 months continuous work history with the same employer in the last 18 months. Recent graduates or students currently in school within the last 6 months must add this information under the education notes section.
