DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Talent Management Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for providing specialized support within the General Government (GG) Human Resource (HR) Office involving complement administration, research and reporting, and specialized projects for General Government HR Office supported agencies.

The General Government HR Office provides HR support to seventeen diverse agencies, some of which are under the Governor's jurisdiction and some that are independent.

Some specific duties include managing the complement for the Office of Administration (OA) to include salary, recruitment pool, and wage levels within associated appropriations.  You will prepare and request specific and ad hoc OA reports as needed regarding complement levels and vacant position statuses utilizing SAP, PAR system, and OA complement tool. You will work alongside HR leadership to provide complement updates and discuss issues or concerns while providing recommendations on solutions.  This role maintains and distributes monthly agency complement reports for the 17 GG agencies with additional specialized monthly, bi-weekly, weekly reports for the Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Comptroller Operations (OCO), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Office of General Counsel (OGC), and the Office for Human Resources and Management (HRM) leadership.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up, to 3 days a week.  In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.  If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Human Resource Analyst 1 including six months in the area of the parenthetical; or

One year of experience in the performance of professional human resource duties, including six months of experience in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.
