Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Suites Setup Supervisor to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Suites Setup Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Properly schedule and supervise weekly setup phases; Adhere to and enforce labor control measures.

• Assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members

• Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to; Report safety hazards and repair needs as needed

• Ensure accuracy of all transfers/deliveries from warehouse to department, following inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required

• Previous supervisory experience required

• Strong knowledge of food and wine

• Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss

• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• No college degree required

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
