Robert Half Customer Experience Specialist in Glen Allen, Virginia

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist located in Glen Allen, Virginia. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, processing customer transactions, and resolving inquiries in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and placing telephone calls, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers.

• Performing full-service client transactions in compliance with company requirements, policies, and procedures.

• Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion.

• Handling cash and other daily transactions with precision and accountability.

• Processing complex transactions and conducting extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries.

• Utilizing advanced Microsoft Office skills to maintain and update customer records.

• Navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools to find information.

• Actively resolving problems by listening for customer cues and responding with grace and integrity.

• Leveraging skills in Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, Microsoft Excel, Customer Account, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Success to enhance the customer experience.

• Handling both Export and Import Customer Service tasks as required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and CRM for managing customer interactions

• Experience with Database management and Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis

• Ability to manage Customer Accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Customer Success roles

• Familiarity with Export and Import Customer Service operations

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and customer service best practices
