· Provide classroom support for new hire orientation and on the job training efforts

· Work with L&D team and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

· Develop training resource documents as assigned

· Update Job Task Validations and procedures

· Input training completion records and other information as assigned in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Quals--

You have a High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong computer background with previous use of Microsoft Word and Excel programs required.

3. Technical Writing or related field preferred.

4. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are willing to do complete stand-up presentations.

5. You are self-motivated and good at multitasking. You are capable of adjusting workload responsibilities as business needs change.

6. You work well in a team environment and are willing to work flexible hours when necessary to meet output deadlines.
