- The starting pay for this position is $75,000+/year increasing with certification, experience and education.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
- You will be responsible for supporting daily maintenance operations, and providing oversight for the Supervisors and Technicians.
- You will also assist to make sure all department team members comply with SOPs, HACCP, HAZMAT and all other maintenance meet Company, state and federal policies and procedures.
- Work with department supervisors to maximize the reliability of all equipment while minimizing costs.
All other relevant duties to the job.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...
- You'll need to have supervisory experience, and be good at leading people with positive reinforcement.
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Work well with others, and be able to motivate your team.
You will also need to be well organized to assist in managing the department.
THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...
- You will be working in a poultry manufacturing facility.
- You'll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.
