How you’ll shape the future of the Engineering department:
RYAM is seeking outstanding college graduates in Mechanical Engineering degree programs to join our Early Career Development (ECD) program as a Project Engineer at our manufacturing facility in Fernandina Beach, Florida. We are committed to building our future leaders from within and that is what the ECD program is all about. As a new Engineer, ECD is your customized learning and development plan designed to prepare you for a leadership role in three to five years.
Provide engineering project and maintenance support for the planning, design, development, implementation, documentation, support and improvement of mill mechanical systems.
Cost estimates, equipment evaluations, project appropriation requests (PAR's), and designs for many projects ranging from minor equipment alterations to major capital improvements.
You are someone who can bring:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
3.0 minimum GPA
Must be flexible to work in a multi-shift operation
Excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and team skills
