Job Description:

SUMMARY: This position will interact with all levels of management, equipment manufacturers, and technical experts to help develop Process Controls, Process Monitors, and Standard Work Instructions. This position will also be responsible in assisting in the coordination, development and delivery of training programs at different locations across the enterprise (plant facilities and corporate campuses). Other responsibilities of this role include: gain basic understanding ofthe poultry operations; develop a working understanding of SAP & engineering standards; continued professional growth through connecting with subject matter experts; and assisting with process improvement efforts utilizing LEAN Six Sigma best practices.


Education: BS Degree in Engineering plus equivalent work experience preferred;

Experience: 1+ years' experience in engineering or operations or equivalent

Technical Skills: Standard computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools required; ability to create written documentation

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated organizational skills and detailed, results-oriented focus.

Travel: up to 50%
