Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner

• Listen attentively to customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department when necessary

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and processes to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information

• Accurately input and update customer information, inquiries, and interactions into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other databases
