As a Sales and Settlement Administrator at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will impact the lives of our customers while working in an environment of respect, empowerment, and professional development. You will provide administrative support to our local homebuilding division and keep our operations running smoothly. As our division grows and continues to build more homes, your experience with organization, prioritization and customer service in an office setting will be an asset to you in this position.

What you will be doing:

· Work closely with NVR Mortgage to complete appraisal packages for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.

· Track and monitor Earnest Money Deposits

· Receive and pay real estate tax bills to the appropriate counties

· Create and distribute New Home Orientation packages

· Track model home closures and notify model home investors of turnover

· Run and distribute weekly and monthly reports

· Support the administrative needs for the construction side of our business

Qualified applicants have:

· 2+ years of office and/or administrative experience

· Excellent planning and organizational skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including excel

· Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work both independently and as part of the administrative team
